Tryouts/First practices begin on Monday, November 18th!

If the current physical on file is still valid when you register for a sport, you will not need you to submit the new CHSAA form. However, please be sure you take the new form with you for future/new physicals so that we can start making this the new norm for physicals moving forward. Thanks for your help with this!


To complete the registration process- please read through the following and then scroll to the bottom to find the Sports Icon to click on.

Registration must be complete and approved in order to try out. Your registration will not be complete until you receive a CONFIRMATION EMAIL from Arvada West stating "Athletic Registration Confirmation."  The clearance process may take a couple of days, so please have patience. If the athlete has not been cleared to start on the first day, then they will not be allowed to attend tryouts. If they miss tryouts, then they may not be able to make it on the team. Please get your registrations done early.  Contact the Athletic Office at 303-982-1308 if you have any questions.

ATHLETIC FEE POLICY

Athletic fee is $185 per sport, per student. The $185 athletic fee will post to your student's Infinite Campus account after tryouts and final rosters are determined. Current year athletic fees must be paid prior to the end of the current season.  This fee can then be paid online through your student's Infinite Campus account or you can bring in cash, check or credit card to the Arvada West's Financial Office.  Financial Office payment contact:  Leslie Crosby; leslie.crosby@jeffco.k12.co.us; 303-982-2202.

Reminders:

  • All athletic fees from any and all previous seasons must be paid in full prior to the submission of a new registration for a new sport in a new season.
  • If you decide not to participate, you must contact Brenna Millikan, Athletic Assistant, within 15 days of the start of the season to have the fee removed.  After the 15 days, fees will not be removed from your student's account.
  • Additional team fees may be assessed by the coach.
